The Operations Bridge team is proud to announce 2020.08 enhancements, including:

  • ITOM Collect Once Store Once (COSO) is now in General Availability status. COSO Data Lake consolidates data from all your IT resources into a unified data collection and big data analytics storage for real-time streaming data ingestion and processing.
  • Automated Event Correlation (AEC) is now in General Availability status. Machine learning-based automated event correlation uses a commonality detection algorithm to complement noise and event reduction, allowing operators to avoid the creation of rules by utilizing learning patterns within the data itself.
  • OpsBridge COSO Reporting now in General Availability delivers scalable system and event reporting on COSO data lake for cross-domain (network, system, app) reports from a shared data lake.
  • Business Value Dashboard (BVD) enhanced usability and improved navigation via stakeholder dashboards.
  • Introducing the vulnerability scanning functionality of Data Center Automation (DCA) as part of Operation Bridge Ultimate. Customers can easily visualize and understand service health impacts and prioritize the remediation after the vulnerability scan.
  • Across all parts of the product, eight user-requested enhancements from the OpsBridge Idea Exchange. Add your request or vote on submitted enhancement requests.
