The 4th installment of INSPIRE 20 features a Podcast with Anjuan Simmons, a leader in tech and an industry speaker on inclusion and diversity. Anjuan is currently an engineering coach at Help Scout and has worked at some of the largest consultancy firms including Infosys, Deloitte and Accenture.

In this podcast, Anjuan takes his experiences and talks about the concept of Lending Privilege and gives practical examples of how we can all apply this principle to the workplace using everyday stories to make it more relatable. He also very clearly states that there is a difference between diversifying and being inclusive, and says that we need to go further and ensure we help to encourage belonging.

Anjuan is a great speaker and helps, as he would say bring “clarity to chaos” in this difficult topic.
