The Operations Bridge team has two new research reports you can get for free on the Micro Focus web site.

First is a paper by Gartner on AIOps (Market Guide for AIOps Platforms – August 2017). It covers a set of capabilities for AIOps and a representative list of vendors including, guess who. Get the full Gartner report here.

The second is research we commissioned from Dimensional Research on cloud monitoring. There has been very little research done in this area, so we are happy to be able to advance the community’s knowledge.

The survey is titled Hybrid Cloud Usage Poses New Challenges for Monitoring Solutions a global survey of cloud professionals, March 2018. To qualify for the survey participant had to have most or all their work on cloud and had to be an IT professional.

• New Cloud Solutions Needed

62% of companies expect improved performance with hybrid IT monitoring
98% would utilize automatic actions determined by machine learning
