At Discover 2015 London we demonstrated Storage Operations Manager 10.10. It is now generally available.

The focus of this release is analytics.

· Improved analytics for virtual storage (VMware) and its impact on physical storage. This gives customer’s earlier warning when running out of storage.

· Topology analytics, the path from the host through the switches to the storage device. This alerts users to single points of failure and performance problems.

The other major enhancement is event monitoring. This gives the storage team a single place to look for capacity, performance and events sent from storage elements.
