The August 2014 update has enhancements across the application to help users improve their service quality and staff efficiency. Many new enhancements are focused on increasing smart automation, and there is improved connected intelligence through knowledge management to support those automations.
A few new features to be on the lookout for are: Big Data driven change analytics, “agent to user” chat, agent chat queues, multi-lingual catalog support, catalog bundles, IT News publishing and automated password reset. Also right on the heels of the Operations Orchestration (OO) integration delivered earlier this year, the HP team has delivered a bi-directional integration between Service Anywhere and Service Manager as part of this latest update.
