How do I reach out to people in my area that are using HP products but are not Vivit members? How do I get in touch with them to inform them about Chapter/SIG events?

The best way to contact HP Software users is by connecting with your HP Marketing and Sales Representatives and connecting with their partner companies that serve your area. Ask them how they can help you to get the word of the Vivit event out to their customers. Lean on HP and their partners, use the sales force and marketing force, also of partner companies to promote your event. Using Social Media, for example LinkedIn and Twitter, can help spread the word about your Vivit event. Another option is reaching out to some of the other local user groups that may not be HP specific and partnering with them for a local event on a common topic. BrightTALK Summits

Vivit is using the webinar platform, BrightTALK, www.brighttalk.com, in addition to the Go To Meeting platform. The BrightTALK platform holds specific topic Summits. The Summits would have you organize a one hour webinar w/ presenter(s) (40-45 minute presentation and 15-20 minutes for questions), just the same as a Vivit webinar.
