| Customer Spotlight Speaker, Mandana Nabizadeh:
Mandana Nabizadeh is a Principal Test Automation Engineer at Discount Tire Co. She has been working in test automation field for the past 7 years, prior to automation she worked as a Software Developer. Mandana has worked on multiple automation initiatives and is passionate about building powerful automated test suites. She believes in evaluating new solutions for various challenges we face in the automation field that could improve the quality of the delivered product. Mandana will be talking to us about Discount Tire's approach to automated testing and will share their journey in building more robust automated test suites.
Keynote Speaker, Chris Jennewine:Chris is a proven Information Technology leader with 15+ years of IT experience and 20+ years of Retail Operations experience, specializing in organizational transformation, directing technology programs to enrich business functions and optimization of infrastructure assets resulting in multi-million dollar benefits.
Chris is currently the Senior Director over Global IT Operations for Oracle, overseeing all Service Desk, Major Incident Management and Datacenter Operations functions. Prior to Oracle, he worked at Safeway for 17 years and led functions such as Enterprise Systems Management, Enterprise Automation, Enterprise Monitoring and Cloud Computing. Chris is also on the Board of Directors for the Arizona ITSM Professionals group, which is an end-user organization focused on Service Management in Phoenix.
